Automatic disc granulator
1. The automatic disc granulator can make the material roll and agglomerate continuously in the disc by controlling the rotation and tilt angle of the disc.

The water spray system consists of a water tank, a water pump, a nozzle, etc. It can accurately control the water spray volume and angle according to the characteristics of the material and the granulation requirements, so that the material can evenly absorb water or binder in the disc to promote the formation and growth of particles.
The scraper device is installed on the edge or inside of the disc to scrape off the material attached to the disc wall to prevent material accumulation and ensure the normal operation of the disc and the granulation effect.
The inclination angle of the disc can be adjusted to change the movement trajectory and residence time of the material in the disc to meet the granulation needs of different materials and improve the quality and efficiency of granulation.
