Working principle of corn flake destoner
Using the principle of wind, vibration and screening, the airflow passing through the gaps between corn particles is used to promote the grading of corn and stone. Then, the stone removing screen plate performs directional inclined reciprocating motion to make the stone and other heavy impurities move to the stone outlet. The corn floating on the upper layer flows to the discharge end under the action of its own weight, thus achieving the separation of corn and impurities such as stones.
The structure of corn flake destoner
- Hopper: used to store corn raw materials to be processed, and plays the role of buffering and uniform feeding.
- Oscillation chamber: It is equipped with eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft, bearing and other parts, which can generate vibration, making the corn bounce and roll on the screen plate continuously, which is conducive to the separation of impurities.
- Sieve plate: usually made of stainless steel, with a certain aperture and inclination angle.
