How it works
The steam of the fully automatic corn flake tube bundle dryer enters the rotating tube bundle through the pipeline, and the heat is transferred to the corn flakes through the tube wall, so that the water in the corn flakes is heated and evaporated. At the same time, the lifting plate on the tube bundle continuously lifts and turns the corn flakes to make them evenly heated, accelerate the drying process, and push the corn flakes to move from the feed end to the discharge end. The dried corn flakes are discharged from the discharge port, and the evaporated water vapor is discharged by the exhaust and dust removal system.
The structure of the fully automatic corn flake tube dryer
- Main engine rotor system: It is the core component, consisting of a hollow shaft at both ends, a head and a tube bundle. It is supported by bearings at both ends during operation. One end is a fixed bearing and the other end can move freely to consume thermal expansion.
- Transmission system: It consists of the main motor and the reduction system, usually using a cycloid pinwheel reduction and gear reduction two-stage transmission to provide power for the rotor system and make the tube bundle rotate smoothly.
- Pipeline system: including regulating valves, metal hoses, rotary joints, etc., used to transport steam and discharge condensed water, ensuring that steam can smoothly enter the tube bundle and achieve heat exchange.
- Exhaust and dust removal system: exhaust air through induced draft fans, equipped with wet dust removal devices to recover hot water and dust, reduce environmental pollution, and ensure good ventilation in a dry environment.
