Working principle of compound fertilizer drum screening machine:
The drum screen consists of five parts: hexagonal drum, frame, funnel, reducer and motor. After the crushed stone enters the drum, it is screened as the drum rotates. Large-sized stones flow forward along the inclined surface of the drum and are gradually screened out through screens of different apertures. After the small-sized stones are screened out, they fall into the corresponding funnel and are then transported manually or by gravity to the finished material pile.

- Installation and debugging: The equipment is generally debugged by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. After receiving it, all parts need to be checked. The horizontal deviation during installation is less than 2mm.
- Equipment operation: Before the operation of the organic fertilizer drum screening machine, check the electrical equipment, instruments, foreign objects in the cabin, bearing seat and gearbox lubrication, etc. The equipment must be rotated without load, observe whether the discharge is normal, avoid causing too much impact on the screen when loading the material, and conduct regular inspections during operation.
- Shutdown and maintenance: Confirm that all materials have been screened before shutdown, check the equipment after shutdown, deal with abnormalities in time, do a good job of equipment and environmental hygiene and operation records, and regularly check the bearing lubrication, spring hanger and screen wear, and whether the bolt connections are loose.
