Structural design of spiral cooler for corn flakes
- Spiral conveying structure: It is composed of a spiral shaft and spiral blades. The corn flakes are pushed by the spiral blades and slowly descend along the spiral channel to achieve uniform conveying and cooling.
- Cooling air duct: usually air cooling is adopted, and an air duct is set in the cooler shell or inside. Cold air is sent into the air duct through the fan, blowing evenly over the corn flakes to take away the heat.
- Shell and material of corn flake spiral cooler: The shell is generally made of stainless steel or carbon steel, which has good corrosion resistance and sealing, and can effectively prevent the entry of external dust, moisture, etc. to ensure product quality.
Working Principle of Corn Flake Spiral Cooler
After the corn flakes enter the corn flake spiral cooler from the feed port, they gradually move from the upper part of the spiral channel to the lower part under the action of the spiral blades. At the same time, the fan sends cold air into the cooling air duct. The cold air fully contacts the corn flakes, and the temperature of the corn flakes is reduced through heat exchange. The cooled corn flakes are discharged from the discharge port.
