Working principle of organic fertilizer tower fermentation tank
By delivering oxygen to the materials in the tank and continuously turning the materials under the action of the stirring shaft, the activity of aerobic bacteria is maintained. Microorganisms decompose organic matter to generate heat energy, raising the temperature to 50-65 degrees Celsius. After about 7 days of high-temperature fermentation, insect eggs, pathogens and grass seeds are effectively killed, achieving harmless treatment.

- Stirring function: equipped with a low-speed rotating hollow shaft and hollow stirring blades. The multi-layer blades stir the materials at a uniform speed at the same time, so that the materials are mixed evenly, ensuring uniform fermentation and achieving mature fermentation.
- Ventilation function: The high-pressure vortex air pump acts as a ventilation pump to fully supply the oxygen required for the fermentation process and promote the smooth progress of aerobic fermentation.
- Loading and discharging of organic fertilizer tower fermentation tank: The automatic bucket elevator lifts the fermentation materials into the fermentation tank, and the discharging device can discharge the fermented organic fertilizer out of the fermentation tank, realizing automatic loading and discharging.

- Fermentation cycle: Usually about 7 days, which is significantly shorter than traditional fermentation methods.
