How it works

The corn flake airflow screen uses high-speed airflow as a carrier to fully diffuse the corn flakes in the airflow and spray them toward the screen with sufficient kinetic energy, achieving screening in a closed state. The powder particles are small and light, easy to float, and have good fluidity. They can pass through the screen one by one with the airflow to achieve the purpose of rapid classification.

Taking light calcium as an example, when the dry type is 120-180 mesh, the output is 600-1000 kg/hour, or even higher.

- Screening efficiency: The general screening rate can reach 85%-95%, which can efficiently complete the screening operation.


- Applicable fineness range: It can screen and grade 80-500 mesh corn flakes.


- Air flow rate: For example, the air flow rate of QS-600 is 240 cubic meters/hour, and that of QS-1500 is 480 cubic meters/hour.
