How it works
The corn flake airflow dryer uses high-speed hot air flow to suspend the corn flakes in the airflow. The hot air fully contacts the corn flakes to transfer heat and mass, so that the moisture in the corn flakes evaporates quickly, thereby achieving drying.
Corn flake airflow dryer structure
It is usually composed of air heater, fan, drying tube, cyclone separator, bag dust collector, etc. The air heater is used to heat the air, the fan provides power to make the hot air flow, the drying tube is the place where the corn flakes exchange heat with the hot air, and the cyclone separator and bag dust collector are used to collect the dried corn flakes and separate the dust in the tail gas.
