- Corn flake tube cooler tube sheet: fixes both ends of the tube bundle, separates the tube side and the shell side, and ensures that the fluid flows in their respective channels without leakage.

- Baffles: Installed in the shell side, they make the corn flakes flow in a zigzag pattern in the shell side, increasing the flow rate and disturbance of the fluid and improving the heat exchange efficiency.

Working principle of corn flake tube cooler

Based on the principle of heat exchange, the corn flakes enter from the pipe inlet on the cylinder, and flow through the baffle channels in sequence to the pipe outlet in a zigzag manner. The cooling medium flows in a double-pass manner, from the water inlet through the water divider cover into half of the cooler pipe, and then flows from the return water cover into the other half of the cooler pipe, into the other side of the water divider cover and the water outlet pipe. In this process, the heat of the corn flakes is transferred to the cooling medium through the pipe wall, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling.
