Working principle of corn flaking single roller flaking machine
Corn raw materials enter from the feed hopper, and after the steam supply system, the corn particles fully absorb the steam heat before entering the tableting area, becoming soft and easy to press. The single-roll tablet press drives the tableting roller to rotate through a motor, and uses the gap and pressure between the tableting roller and a fixed plane or another auxiliary plane to squeeze the preheated corn particles into sheets, and then cools and shapes the tablets through a cooling system, and finally discharges them from the discharge port.
